  • 如何加入會員 How to log in

    WAY1. 電腦版點選右上角「Hi!歡迎回來」/ 手機版點選右下角「LOG IN」直接輸入訊息並手機驗證完成註冊即可！

    WAY2. 將挑選好的商品加入購物車，走結帳流程時將引導加入會員畫面

     

    WAY1.

    PC Version：Click the upper right “HI!歡迎回來”

    Mobile Version：Click the lower right “LOG IN”

    Complete essential fields step by step and verify the mobile phone numbers.

    WAY2.

    Put your favorite item in shopping bag or rent box and the system will lead you to log in step by step in the process of checkout.

  • 有哪些C.L.A會員身份 How many identities in CLA

    在C.L.A好玩的是您將可能擁有「不只一種」會員身份！而是三種！

    C.L.A會員身份分為：❶ 一般會員 ❷ 品牌大使 ❸ 設計師

    【一般會員】：消費購物時訂單領取的紅利點即是購物金＞透過分享推薦碼或是自身購買累積紅利點到達一定門檻後將升級為品牌大使

    【品牌大使】：紅利點＝購物金＝＄現金＄＞可將紅利點直接當現金提領或是在官網消費都行

    【設計師】：只要對服裝設計有熱情、才華的學生或社會人士皆可以在會員中心點擊「成為設計師」做申請，申請通過後將擁有「設計師管理後台」可編輯個人作品集專頁成為「DESIGNERS」之一，並且有機會讓所設計之手繪稿商品化量產販售

    【MEMBER】: All the points from every purchases are equal to shopping cash.When you accumulate over 500 points by purchase or share your sale code, you will upgrade to become CLAStylist Influencer！    

    【CLASTYLIST INFLUENCER】:Points=Shopping Cash=Cash. You can not only get shopping discount but redeem your points.

    【DESIGNER】:For person who has enthusiasm and talents with garment design can log in and click “APPLY FOR DESIGNER” in MEMBER CENTER. When you authorize and become one of CLA’s DESIGNERS, you can manage your own designer’s page to upload profile and sketches. Then have a chance to launch your design！

  • 海外會員須知 Overseas Member

    向海外的朋友Say Hi！C.L.A官網有海外配送服務喔！歡迎您加入C.L.A這個大家庭！

    Ａ.配送地區：中國（CN）/ 香港（HK）/ 澳門（MO）/ 馬來西亞（MY）/ 新加坡（SG）/ 泰國（TH）/ 菲律賓（PH）/ 越南（VN）/ 日本（JP）/ 美國（US）/ 加拿大（CA）/ 澳大利亞（AU）

    B.配送方式：順豐（SF）/ DHL / Fedex 將依當時物流及費率狀況而定

    C.運費計算：

    ‧除有特別公告海外免運活動外，海外顧客無提供免運服務，不參與官網相關運費優惠

    ‧因各運送公司不定期調整運費之計算方式，故實際將以結帳時所顯示之運費為主

    ‧各國進口關稅標準不同，若領取包裹時，貴國欲收取商品之關稅費用，需由買家自行支付

    ‧結帳完成後視同同意運費酌收方式和關稅 / 物流費之處理方法

    D.付款方式：平台提供海外付款方式為線上刷卡 / LINE Pay / PayPal ，凡各家銀行的VISA、MASTER、JCB信用卡皆可使用

    ・匯率計算：

    ＞PayPal結帳以美金USD收款，將依據平台結帳頁面應付金額下方之『參考匯率Currency conversion』收取該匯率之美金金額

    ＞線上刷卡以及LINE Pay結帳以台幣TWD收款，帳單匯率則以綁定信用卡銀行當下之外幣結算匯率計算

    E.售後服務：

    ‧因海外地區航空包裹運送費時，且跨國退款作業繁瑣，故無法提供國外會員退換貨服務請見諒，若收到瑕疵／錯誤商品，請於簽收包裹隔日算起7日內，提供瑕疵／錯誤細部照片至C.L.A客服信箱（service@clastylist.com），並於信件內留下會員帳號／訂單資訊／手機號碼，我們將盡快協助處理！

    ‧若海外買家自行退回且運費到付，C.L.A一律拒收且運費及相關費用將由買家自行負擔

    F.包裹未取退回：

    ‧請務必填寫正確收件人資訊，若因為收件信息不正確無法配送且無人簽收，導致包裹退回我們將直接取消整筆訂單

    ‧被退回之包裹僅會以購物金方式歸還商品金額（運費將不歸還）；作業完成後也會以e-mail方式通知您

    ‧若當地的快遞公司多次投遞未成功且客服通知收件人也未取得聯繫，部份快遞公司將不再退回包裹，而C.L.A也將不會再進行任何款項退款，還請留意見諒

    A.DELIVERY AREAS： China / Hong Kong / Macao / Malaysia / Singapore / Thailand /Philippines / Vietnam / Japan / USA / Canada / Australia

    B.EXPRESS：S.F. EXPRESS / DHL / FEDEX Depends on the freight rate and transportation condition.

    C.SHIPPING FEE：

    ‧Overseas areas do not afford free shipping except for the special campaigns that announce on the official website.

    ‧Shipping fee depends on the checkout page due to different countries.

    ‧Please note that delivery times are an estimate and may be delayed during festive periods like Chinese New Year, Christmas etc. Taxes and duties are buyers’ responsibilities and must be settled upon delivery.

    ‧Overseas customers as to approve all the delivery and Import customs duties conditions when completing checkout the order.

    D.PAYMENT METHODS：

    CREDIT CARD BY VISA,MASTER,JCB / LINE PAY / PAYPAL are available for overseas areas.

    ‧EXCHANGE RATE

    ＞PAYPAL will receive in USD and the exchange rate will depend on the checkout page”參考匯率 CURRENCY CONVERSION” which is below 應付金額（Amount Payable）.

    ＞CREDIT CARD & LINE PAY will receive in TWD and the exchange rate will depend on the credit card’s bank.

    E.AFTER SALES SERVICE：

    ‧We are apologize to overseas customers that packages returns are unavailable. If you receive products which is wrong or defect, please contact us：SERVICE@CLASTYLIST.COM

    ‧CLA will reject all the overseas returns if customers send the package without contact us.

    F.PACKAGE RETURNS WITHOUT TAKING：

    ‧Please ensure the shipping information correct. CLA will cancel the order if the package can’t be send due to wrong shipping information or no one receive.

    ‧Returning package will refund by the shopping cash (excluding shipping fee) and inform customer by the email.

    ‧If the local express fail to send package several times as well as CLA can’t contact the customer. Some express won’t send back the package and CLA also won’t refund any shopping cash.Thank you for your patience.

  • 忘記密碼怎麼辦 Forget the password

    Step1. 在會員登入畫面中，請您先點選「忘記密碼」 輸入註冊帳號的電子郵件，系統即會自動將新密碼寄至您預設的EMAIL信箱中

    Step2. 請您收取郵件［CLA 丞宇時尚 - 密碼重設通知信］並以郵件中提供的新密碼重新登入會員中心後進行密碼重設即可

     

    STEP1.Key in your account email on the log in page and click”忘記密碼 Forget Password”below the field. System will send you new password to your email address.

    ＊The email title is［CLA 丞宇時尚 - 密碼重設通知信］

    STEP2.Log in by the new password and go to member center to reset it
