HOW TO BUY?

就和一般購買衣服時ㄧ樣喔！

在逛商品頁面時，可同時選擇要【Buying It ! 】（購買）或是【Renting It ! 】（租用），只要點選【Renting It ! 】選項即可將商品加入RENT BOX（租衣購物車）哦！

 

・此外為了提升消費體驗，您可以邊逛商品邊同步將想要『購買』和『租用』的商品一起加入購物車

＞結帳時購買和租用訂單將依據不同購物車（SHOPPING BAG / RENT BOX）分開結帳，但屬於租用的商品歸還後確認沒問題會返還押金給您喔！

・我想租借的商品顯示【NO STOCK FOR RENT】

＞表示該商品本身可能無法租借，如貼身飾品以及未參與租用服務之設計品牌館或租用庫存已經搶先被租去囉！可以聯繫客服為您確認！

 

It’s easy！Just the same as purchase shopping process！

In CLA Fashion Platform, you can put the item in “SHOPPING BAG” or “RENT BOX”at the same time.

If you click the purple bottom “Renting It”, the item will be put in “RENT BOX”. In addition, PURCHASE ORDER and RENTAL ORDER will be paid up separately on different checkout page. However, RENTAL ORDER will return security deposit（50% of your payment）when you complete the rental lease.

 

Q：The Items I want to rent showing me “NO STOCK FOR RENT”

A：That’s mean the item you choose is unavailable to rent, probably this studio doesn’t open this service or it is renting by other customer now. You can contact us to check for you！

租衣訂單成立時金額會與官網直接購買商品時金額一樣，待準時歸還商品確認商品沒問題（沒有還錯商品、被破壞或不可復原毀損髒污等...）後，將於七個工作日內退還『租用訂單金額的50%』等於用衣服售價的半價來租衣服喔！

 

＊租用期限 / 預估返還金額（準時歸還）都會在訂單上顯示

 

The rental order will be paid up just like purchase order at first. After you return the products without irreparable broken, dirty or wrong items…so on, we will return security deposit（50% of your order’s payment）when you complete the rental lease.

 

＊Rental period and security deposit will be shown on the rental checkout page

租借衣服的數量沒有限制喔！只要有租用庫存數量的商品都可以借！

天數從下單起開始算15天，扣除掉寄件天數租借期約有12天左右

1/3至超商取貨 >> 1/16前至官網會員中心租用紀錄中按下【我要返還】鈕並填寫相應退款資訊即完成歸還。我們會在收到歸還訊息後派快遞至府上收件喔！

・國內：一般超商寄件時間2~3天；郵局1~2天

不算例假日，收到歸還訊息後約1~2天至府上收件

There’s no limited about how many items are available to rent.

The period of the rental lease is 15 days including the days of express.

 

For example：

Amy creates a rental order on 1/1, so the rental lease is in 1/1 to 1/16.

She receives the package on 1/3 and needs to complete the return application before 1/16.

・Taiwan Local：In-store pickup 2~3 days / Post 1~2 days

Our express will take the return package from your place after we receive the application 1~2 workdays.        

・Overseas Areas：Please contact us

至官網個人中心租用紀錄中按下【我要返還】鈕並填寫相應退款資訊即完成歸還。國內消費者我們會在收到歸還訊息後派快遞至府上收件喔！

 

‧寄件運費：依據當下官網標準

‧歸還運費：0元，我們出！（限台澎金馬地區）

＊海外服裝租賃歸還需自行寄回並負擔運費

Complete the return application and we will assign the express to take the package back from your place！

＊Overseas Areas customers should send back and bear the freight

如果想要續租的話從第16天開始多一天將多收50元/件（延遲歸還收取費用同上），收取上限為買斷該商品之金額，若續租 / 延遲費用收取達上限即不用歸還該商品（等同直接買斷商品）

 

❏ 翻譯吐司＞1/1下租賃訂單：租用一件售價NT300的衣服，訂單中會顯示租用期限為1/1~1/16

 

‧若在1/16 內至官網按下【我要歸還】完成線上歸還作業，待衣服收回確認沒問題將收取NT150租用金＞C.L.A將於七個工作日內退還NT150至您指定帳戶

‧若1/17 才按下【我要歸還】將收取NT150（租用金）+NT50/件（一天延遲金）＝NT200＞C.L.A將退還NT100至您指定帳戶

‧若持續續租 / 延遲歸還至1/20申請歸還，將收取NT150（租用金）+ NT50/件 X 3 [ 三天延遲金]＝NT300 此時已達到費用收取上限（即買斷該商品的金額），消費者則不用歸還此商品並且C.L.A將此筆訂單轉為購買訂單結案

 

Extend the lease or delay return will be charged NT50/piece a day and the charging maximum is the amount of 50% purchase price. If the item’s security deposit deduct to NT0 , this item will be regarded as purchase and the rental order will be close-out.

 

For example：

Amy creates a rental order NT300 on 1/1 and the rental lease is in 1/1 to 1/16.

 

1.Amy completes the return application before 1/16＞CLA receives the return item and confirm it＞Amy will receive NT150 rental deposit that CLA refund within 7 workdays.

 

2.Amy completes the return application on 1/17＞CLA receives the return item and confirm it＞Amy will receive NT100 rental deposit that CLA refund within 7 workdays.

＊NT300-（NT150 Rental Fee + NT50 1day Delay Charge）= NT100 Rental Deposit refund

 

3.Amy doesn’t complete the return application before 1/20 ＞This rental order will be regarded as purchase order and close out.＞Amy doesn’t need to send this product back.

＊NT300-（NT150 Rental Fee + NT150 3days Delay Charge）= NT0 Rental Deposit refund

・由於財務會有操作上的困難，很抱歉我們暫時沒辦法提供單件續租喔！也就是說若訂單中有兩件租用的衣服，兩件必須同時歸還，無法分開歸還

・若是要指定包裹其中一件直接『買斷』的話可以喔！如果喜歡手中租用的衣服就直接留下不用寄回只需要聯繫客服即可，客服將會依據衣況估價並與您收取二手衣買斷的價格喔！

＞租衣訂單扣除掉二手衣買斷價格後，財務會將其餘押金退款

・如果想購買租賃衣服的全新同款，直接在官網另下購買訂單就可以囉！

＞若官網無法直接下購買訂單，表示目前該款沒有全新的商品庫存量，可以考慮看看以優惠價直接購買手中的二租商品，或是連絡客服看還會不會有庫存喔！

 

‧Apply to extend renting one of the items in order is unavailable, however you can “buy”it！

‧The item which you want to buy from rental stock can get special discount of second hand price.

＞CLA financial accountant will deduct this item which you want to buy for second hand price from this rental order and refund it.

‧If you want to buy new item, just shop on the website for new purchase order.

＞If the item page show “NO STOCK FOR BUY”,you can consider to buy rental stock or contact us to check whether it will restock or not.

 

衣服弄髒若是在我們可以清洗乾淨的情況下就沒問題！不會收取任何費用～

但若出現商品不可維修或人為破壞的情況（衣服破裂、拉鍊損壞、油性筆漬、配件脫落／遺失等），就會直接收取買斷該商品的費用喔！

 

‧若是先行告知客服，經過判定確實為出貨後才造成之不可維修或人為破壞的情況，我們會將訂單該商品轉為購買商品，並且該商品就不用歸還給C.L.A

‧若是工作人員收到歸還的商品後才發現有出貨後不可維修或人為破壞之上述情況，將與消費者聯繫通知收取買斷該商品費用並寄還該商品至消費者

＊C.L.A所有出貨包裝作業皆有錄影存證

 

CLA will charge you this product’s purchase price if the order get irreparable dirty, broken, button lose and so on.

 

‧If customer contact us and confirm that the product gets irreparable damage above, we will  transfer the rental order to purchase directly.The product won’t return to us anymore.

‧If customer send the flaw product without contact us, we will send back the package and charge the rental deposit.
